Definition

Ask Annabel is a global bespoke luxury travel and experience service. Annabel facilitates and arranges access to luxury travel, entertainment, lifestyle experiences, unique opportunities, and high-end goods and services by acting as an intermediary between clients and suppliers, vendors, sellers, brokers, and other third parties (collectively referred to as "Suppliers"). These entertainment, lifestyle, and unique experiences, along with goods and services, encompass both tangible and intangible luxury offerings.

Ask Annabel agrees to use reasonable business efforts to identify, recommend, and secure appropriate luxury entertainment services, unique lifestyle experiences, and goods or services for its clients.

Experiences, Tickets, Events

Ask Annabel is not directly involved in the organisation, performance, or execution of any event or experience. Furthermore, Ask Annabel does not act as an agent, employer, or employee of either the Supplier or the Client for any purpose. The Client acknowledges that Ask Annabel’s role is solely to facilitate access to the event or experience and to collect payments from the Client on behalf of the Supplier. Responsibility for delivering and adhering to the terms and conditions of the event or experience lies solely with the Supplier, not Ask Annabel.

Travel
